Managing your subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, update your card, or cancel — all self-serve.

Everything billing-related is self-serve from the Plans page in the app.

Beacon's current tiers are Audit ($50/month or $500/year), Starter ($149/$1,490), Growth ($349/$3,490), Autopilot ($799/$7,990), and Agency ($2,499/$24,990). The Plans page is the source of truth for the current catalog and your actual billed amount.

• Upgrade or switch plans — pick the new plan on the Plans page; the change takes effect immediately.
• Update your card or view invoices — click Manage billing to open the secure billing portal.
• Cancel — cancel from the billing portal (or ask the in-app support chat). You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Cancelling during a free trial means you're never charged at all.
